Insulation Services - Poorly Insulated Attic and Storage Space in Fair Haven, NJ

This homeowner in Fair Haven, NJ, had an attic with inadequate insulation and a need for additional storage space. We addressed both by first removing the wood decking and air sealing the attic. After air sealing, we installed 4-inch SilverGlo foam boards on the attic floors for better insulation. We then installed wood decking on top of the foam boards, creating extra storage space while ensuring the attic remained properly insulated. To finish, we added TruSoft cellulose insulation to the rest of the attic, improving comfort and energy efficiency.
