Photo Album: Sani-Dry XP Dehumidifier Installation in Marlboro, NJ
This customers finished basement was retaining too much moisture. Dr. Energy Saver recommended they counteract that problem with a Sani-dry XP basement air system. This system can remove 10x the amount of water in the air as the average household dehumidifier, while using the same amount of energy! The system uses a two-stage filter system that filters all air particles that are larger than two microns. Sani-Dry XP will keep the relative humidity below 50%, making it uninhabitable for dust mites. All of these things result in the disappearance of mold and allergens in air, along with the smell that accompanies them. 60% of the sir inside of your home comes form below, so your home will be more energy efficient and comfortable. To keep the piece of equipment out of view, we installed it in the mechanical room. To access the conditioned space we created both a supply and return vent to the conditioned space through the wall to take and redistribute the dehumidified air.
