Our team diagnoses and solves home comfort, indoor air quality and energy issues. Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or in the industry
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage accounts and provide account management support
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development efforts and close deals
- Self-starter, organized, follow up with customers, team player, strong ethics & integrity
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
